Kanga provided exceptional service from beginning to end! We had a small leak over the front porch and Wyatt came to cover the area with a tarp until we were ready to replace the roof. Due to the condition of the roof (it needed to be replaced years ago), Kanga took care of us and moved us up on the schedule in preparation of the upcoming storms. The communication was top notch from Hanna and Wyatt. Letting us know when the materials would arrive and when the crew would start work. I will be using Kangaroof for all my future roof and gutter needs!

We met with a lot of different roofers but felt that Craig was absolutely the most upfront and honest. They are not the cheapest but truly amazing! Customer service is above and beyond, Cecelia is great! They did my roof in 2023 and just did my gutters this week. Cannot recommend highly enough!

It has been more than a pleasure to work with Kanga Roof. Kanga removed so much of the stress I was worried about getting a new roof. From the moment the first Kanga employee came out to look at my roof, he made me feel at ease that they were going to take care of me. Craig listened and was very patient. He came out multiple times, often with little notice to meet with me and my insurance adjuster. He was very knowledgeable, and I feel he was the key to making sure I was totally satisfied with my new roof.Once the decision was made to use Kanga, Cecilia immediately worked with me to find the quickest and most suitable date to start. She ensured my house and yard was ready for the crew to arrive.Keelie was very helpful as she worked with my insurance company to make sure the financial part was as smooth as possible.Last but certainly not least, the roofing crew was amazing. They arrived early in the morning and were finished with the job by 2:30 in the afternoon. Michael made sure the crew left my yard looking as good as before they arrived. And the new roof is amazing. A very hard rain came later that night and no matter how much I looked in the attic for any leaks, I couldn’t find even one.I was very impressed with the whole Kanga team. They are the only roofers I will use from now on.

We had a suspected leak in our roof on a Saturday night. Used the website to request a service appointment. We received a call first thing Monday morning and had an appointment scheduled for Wednesday. Peter inspected the roof and attic. Luckily, it was not a roof leak. Kangaroof far exceeded my expectations and I'm so glad I chose them to handle the repairs for my hail damage insurance claim. We replaced an 18 year old roof today and I'm so glad we went with Kangaroof. I met with 4 other companies and decided to go with Kangaroof due to Craig's attention to detail and straight forward approach. Everything went exactly as Craig said in our first meeting. Wyatt, the Roofing Superintendent, reached out before the scheduled install to make sure we were prepared. His crew showed up on-time, placed tarps all around our house, completely covered our pool, and had our new roof installed by late afternoon. Wyatt stayed onsite and sent me updates and pictures from the roof so I could see some hidden damage. We had KangoRoof out to do a repair on our roof, several of our shingles had blown up/off during a recent high wind day. The guys showed up right on time and knocked out the work very quickly. Communicated when finished and showed us the work and all was very thorough and professional. Love their work and will definitely continue to use them for our roof repair needs.

We have had several weather related repairs done by them. Each time, they responded quickly, repaired our roof, and it was reasonably priced. This last time, we needed a tarp because it was forecast to rain the next day. Mike and Wyatt came out the same day we called and covered our roof with the tarp. We highly recommend them.
