They worked well with my insurance company to get additional items included in the replacement. Peter T. Is a good sales advisor to work with. De’Andre P. was on site the day of installation. He will make sure the job site is kept safe and he did a final walk thru at the end to quality check that my yard was swept clean of nails and debris. Overall highly satisfied with their service.

Kanga did a fantastic job! Peter, Mike and Susie were great! Peter even walked the roof with the entrance inspector. They were done in one day on a complex steep roof and you'd never know they were here. It was so well cleaned up. And their pricing was very competitive compared to some ridiculously high quotes.

Kanga Roof is a well oiled machine. We filed a claim for hail damage we had in May but were unsure if we would be covered for it. We met with Andrew in the interim to get retail costs and talk to him about the insurance visit, which he showed up to attend the very next day. With Andrew you can tell that Kanga Roof really vets who they hire. Andrew was not just a salesman, but a seasoned roofer who knew what he was talking about. That was helpful to understand what you were getting and the why behind it all. When our insurance company said they would cover it, Andrew quickly adjusted the contract/proposal. He was pleasant and we trusted him immediately. It was not difficult to sign the contract with him. The entire process was smooth after signing. Hannah quickly scheduled us, and they showed up exactly on time the day they were going to replace the roof. The roof was replaced quickly and efficiently- they tarped the entire outside area, we only found 5 nails after install. On the finance side of the company Keelie, is an expert when dealing with supplemental costs coverage that Kanga was recommending. It was remarkable to see Keelie work and argue for the customer. Everything recommended was covered and fought for with intelligence and determination. Keelie today works for a roofing company but I am quite sure you could put her in any company and any role and Keelie would probably blow the results out of the water- she will not take no for an answer. Post install- We did have an issue with a recent addition to our house and during the first storm after the roof, we had some leakage in that room. We are unsure if it was where the room connected with the main house, and some issues caused there. Kanga roof assured us it was not the roof, but rather something in the extension connection to the main house. Quite frankly they were shocked that there were leaks- they don't have a process to address these I don't think that happens often!. It happened over the weekend, and we did have to tarp the roof in the extension. They came out the following week and sealed the areas and that seemed to have stopped the issues. We don't understand what caused it but Kanga offers a 5 year warranty and this gives me peace of mind. Andrew came back post fixes and stood on our roof with a hose to ensure that the problem had been addressed. The issue was not the roof- but was the connection/flashing from the extension itself. Overall - we are grateful we hired Kanga Roof.

We got a new roof this week and couldn't be happier with Kanga! We have been long time customers and had many excellent repairs done from them over the years, but had a recent hail storm that caused enough damage that necessitated a new roof. Kanga and their staff have been wonderful through the whole process. We worked with Peter through the inspection and decision making process and he was always quick to respond back. He was also extremely helpful with his knowledge and advice and what we could expect day of installation and with the insurance company. And then DeAndre was our project manager the day of our new roof. He and his crew were extremely professional and DeAndre also did an excellent job of prompt communication and answering all our questions. They finished our roof in one day, it looks fabulous and they did amazing at cleaning up everything afterwards. I loved how Kanga advocated for their crew in letting us know that the roofers would take frequent breaks through the day because of the heat. It was great knowing that I was hiring a company that cared about their staff. In the many years we have worked with Kanga they have always gone above and beyond with the quality of their work and the people we have interacted with. I highly recommend them!!!

I had a whole-roof replacement through a hail claim. I worked with Kyle for the inspection/advising and DeAndre for the installation. Kanga Roof coordinated with my insurance about the inspection and estimate process, which made everything move along smoothly. All I had to do was file the claim and give Kanga Roof my adjuster’s contact info and they took care of the rest. Kyle was very responsive and answered all my questions. DeAndre was excellent about explaining what was going on during installation and giving me updates on how it was going. Everyone I spoke to from Kanga Roof were very friendly and helpful. I will use them again and I would recommend them highly to anyone else.
