GAF Shingle and Accessory Warranty
GAF’s base system warranty can cover your entire roofing system and provide a 100% coverage period of up to 10 years for defects in the material. The cost of installation labor is also included in the warranty for up to 10 years. If you ask Feller Roofing to install at least three qualifying GAF Accessory Products, then they will be part of the 10-year coverage period. When you install qualifying shingles, this warranty can provide coverage for up to 130 mph winds as well.
System Plus Warranty
We recommend this warranty because the benefits are significant. It provides a 100% coverage period of up to 50 years for defects in the material and its coverage includes your entire residential roofing system. Additionally, GAF includes the cost of installation labor for a lifetime period. This warranty also has a 100% coverage period for workmanship defects for up to two years. Lastly, this warranty also provides coverage for up to 130 mph winds.
Golden Pledge Warranty
We highly recommend GAF’s Golden Pledge® Warranty because it is one of the most comprehensive warranties available in the industry. It covers your entire roofing system and it has a 100% coverage period of up to 50 years for material defects. Like the System Plus Warranty, it also has the cost of labor included for a lifetime period. This warranty also upgrades the workmanship coverage to up to 25 years. Lastly, this warranty has an exclusive 40-point inspection by GAF technicians.
