Financing Survey Giveaway Rules
1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by Feller Roofing and Remodeling LLC, d/b/a KangaRoof, located at 1317 Sam Bass Rd, Round Rock, TX 78681 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open only to legal residents of the State of Texas who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants must be existing customers of Sponsor.
Employees, officers, and owners of Sponsor, and their immediate family members or household members, are not eligible to enter or win.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
4. How to Enter
Eligible participants may enter by completing Sponsor’s online customer survey during the Giveaway Period. Limit one (1) entry per household.
All entries must be received during the Giveaway Period to be eligible. Incomplete or duplicate entries may be disqualified.
5. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on January 2, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time and ends on February 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (the “Giveaway Period”).
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a $100 Visa® Gift Card.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $100.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
8. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will take place on or about February 20, 2026.
Sponsor’s decisions regarding the administration of the giveaway and the selection of the winner are final.
9. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified using the contact information already on file in Sponsor’s customer relationship management system, which may include email or phone.
If the selected winner does not respond within three (3) days of notification, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.
10. Privacy
Sponsor will use participants’ information solely for purposes of administering the giveaway and conducting internal customer research, in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
Participant information will not be sold to third parties. Survey responses may be reviewed in aggregate and anonymized form. Personal information will be stored securely.
11. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, the winner may be asked to provide written consent allowing Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, last initial, city, and/or likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
12. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its employees and agents from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize.
13. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the giveaway.
This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
