They were done in one day on a complex steep roof and you'd never know they were here. It was so well cleaned up. And their pricing was very competitive compared to some ridiculously high quotes.

Kanga Roof is a well oiled machine. We filed a claim for hail damage we had in May but were unsure if we would be covered for it. We met with Andrew in the interim to get retail costs and talk to him about the insurance visit, which he showed up to attend the very next day. With Andrew you can tell that Kanga Roof really vets who they hire. Andrew was not just a salesman, but a seasoned roofer who knew what he was talking about. That was helpful to understand what you were getting and the why behind it all. When our insurance company said they would cover it, Andrew quickly adjusted the contract/proposal. He was pleasant and we trusted him immediately. It was not difficult to sign the contract with him. The entire process was smooth after signing. Hannah quickly scheduled us, and they showed up exactly on time the day they were going to replace the roof. The roof was replaced quickly and efficiently- they tarped the entire outside area, we only found 5 nails after install. On the finance side of the company Keelie, is an expert when dealing with supplemental costs coverage that Kanga was recommending. It was remarkable to see Keelie work and argue for the customer. Everything recommended was covered and fought for with intelligence and determination. Keelie today works for a roofing company but I am quite sure you could put her in any company and any role and Keelie would probably blow the results out of the water- she will not take no for an answer. Post install- We did have an issue with a recent addition to our house and during the first storm after the roof, we had some leakage in that room. We are unsure if it was where the room connected with the main house, and some issues caused there. Kanga roof assured us it was not the roof, but rather something in the extension connection to the main house. Quite frankly they were shocked that there were leaks- they don't have a process to address these I don't think that happens often!. It happened over the weekend, and we did have to tarp the roof in the extension. They came out the following week and sealed the areas and that seemed to have stopped the issues. We don't understand what caused it but Kanga offers a 5 year warranty and this gives me peace of mind. Andrew came back post fixes and stood on our roof with a hose to ensure that the problem had been addressed. The issue was not the roof- but was the connection/flashing from the extension itself. Overall - we are grateful we hired Kanga Roof.

We got a new roof this week and couldn't be happier with Kanga! We have been long time customers and had many excellent repairs done from them over the years, but had a recent hail storm that caused enough damage that necessitated a new roof. Kanga and their staff have been wonderful through the whole process. We worked with Peter through the inspection and decision making process and he was always quick to respond back. He was also extremely helpful with his knowledge and advice and what we could expect day of installation and with the insurance company. And then DeAndre was our project manager the day of our new roof. He and his crew were extremely professional and DeAndre also did an excellent job of prompt communication and answering all our questions. They finished our roof in one day, it looks fabulous and they did amazing at cleaning up everything afterwards. I loved how Kanga advocated for their crew in letting us know that the roofers would take frequent breaks through the day because of the heat. It was great knowing that I was hiring a company that cared about their staff. In the many years we have worked with Kanga they have always gone above and beyond with the quality of their work and the people we have interacted with. I highly recommend them!!!

I had a whole-roof replacement through a hail claim. I worked with Kyle for the inspection/advising and DeAndre for the installation. Kanga Roof coordinated with my insurance about the inspection and estimate process, which made everything move along smoothly. All I had to do was file the claim and give Kanga Roof my adjuster’s contact info and they took care of the rest. Kyle was very responsive and answered all my questions. DeAndre was excellent about explaining what was going on during installation and giving me updates on how it was going. Everyone I spoke to from Kanga Roof were very friendly and helpful. I will use them again and I would recommend them highly to anyone else.

The KangaRoof crew were amazing. Wyatt kept us informed the entire day with aerial photos. The crew was great. They arrived early and prep the house and had the roof off within 2 hours. They work very hard throughout the day despite the 102 temperature. After they were finished they cleaned up the entire yard and went over it with a magnetic to get all the nails. They were in and out in a day and did an incredible job.

After our own search for a roofing company we could trust, my Husband remembered his BIC Don who works for Kanga. Kanga did a phenomenal job putting up our roof. They were also very patient with us while we were trying to figure out our financing options. From start to finish everyone was excellent , from Andrew helping us with the paperwork and scheduling ,to DeAndre who oversaw the entire project. And of course the hard working employees who do this everyday in the heat. Hopefully we won’t need another roof for a while, but if we need another service, we would go back to Kanga 🙂

The installers were on time and courteous. They did a great job and cleaned the work area well. Supervisor De’Andre Price was available when needed and very professional.

We reached out to KangaRoof following some hail and wind that led us to file a home insurance claim. We had Andrew Vega come out, and he provided a thorough analysis about the state of our roof, and actually showed that it's in good condition and didn't need to be replaced. Unfortunately, due to our own lack of experience and misunderstanding of the insurance claim process, our claim was already "closed", which meant we couldn't go back and undo that step. It was ultimately Andrew's honesty in giving us a report that would earn his company no money that led us to trust KangaRoof with our roof replacement. He came back to our home to walk us through the options, and we were scheduled within an hour for our repair. On the day of repair, the crew did a great job of working straight through the day to complete the roof replacement from start to finish. Wyatt Foust kept us abreast of progress during the repair, sending us about a dozen photos of the roof from different angles for each major step in the process. We recently had to have an entire roof replacement and contacted Kanga Roofing. From the first call to the finished project, everyone and everything was top notch!! Speaking to Suzi on our calls was easy and helpful. She always calmed my stress and easily had the right answers and when she didn’t, she directed me to the person with the answer. Shane Cosper was our rep for the roof inspection and pictures and details about the roof replacement project. He was so patient with all of our questions and explained everything in great detail. Shane is a rockstar and an asset to Kanga! He was in constant contact with our insurance company and always kept us in the loop. He pointed out issues missed by our insurance company and when they pushed back with questions Keelie stepped in and dug in her heels to get the insurance to come thru for us!! She’s a person I would always want on my side. Patty and Hannah were extremely helpful making sure the dates for the project worked for us. The crew showed up exactly when planned and were AWESOME! They protected our home and property and got right to work. They worked all day (11 hours) and completed the roof in 1 day! Our superintendent Michael showed up throughout the day to monitor the progress and address and questions we might have. From our first meeting with Shane (who set the bar very high!!) to the finished project, we have been thrilled with Kanga and would highly recommend them to anyone!!! I initially called due to a leak. My excellent advisor, Shane, identified that not only did I have the leak, but my entire roof needed to be replaced due to hail damage. He came to the house several times and on short notice to meet with the insurance adjuster and make sure everything went well, then walked me through the process. (As someone going through this for the first time, this was insanely helpful) After that, the company did send a few guys out to prevent the leak using a tarp in the meantime, which was hugely appreciated. A few weeks later, my install date happened. Wyatt and his team were incredible. They worked all day in the blazing heat and did a wonderful job. They sent pictures and gave me updates all day. They needed to come back to finish a small section of roof, which they did two days later. Afterward, I had a few issues with some final minor bits that needed to get done. Thankfully, Wyatt came through and got everything done to our satisfaction. Really glad I went with KangaRoof. Yes, there were things that could've gone slightly smoother, but overall, the communication and quality of work left us happy.

Every year I have my roof inspected to make sure it’s up to par. Kanga Roof has been my go to roofing company every time! The employees are always polite and work hard to make sure you are satisfied. The stormy season this spring finally made my old roof kick the bucket and Kanga Roof helped me through the process with insurance.
